Position Summary:
Addiction Counselor will provide assessment and participates in the treatment planning with clients and their families/significant others.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programing. Behavioral Health Technician may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.

Work with kitchen staff on meal plans, schedules, ordering and receiving, as well as other kitchen and food preparation related items.

Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing the administrative oversight of Lincoln Recovery’ operational functioning. This includes ensuring timely implementation, reporting, and documentation of a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards. The Administrative Assistant position is an integral role within Lincoln Recovery, aiding in the goal of organizing a structure positive culture. The Administrative Assistant will assist all department heads in the administrative functions for each department. In the event of a prolonged absence the Administrative Assistant will designate a member of the leadership team with the required skills and experience to work with the Executive Director to provide all necessary coverage of the program’s administrative functions during the absence.
