Behavioral Health

Position Summary:

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programing. Behavioral Health Technician may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.

Driver

Position Summary:

The Driver is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. The Driver’s primary duty is to transport the client to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner. Meeting those goals entails additional responsibilities, tasks, knowledge and attention to detail.

Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Position Summary:

The Therapist is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency. In collaboration with the Clinical Manger, the Therapist is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and counseling; caring for clients, and coordinating treatment and discharge planning. Therapists will also be providing crisis management, counseling, group therapies and education for the clients and family/significant others in therapeutic milieu setting.
