Social Media Specialist
We are searching for a Social Media Marketing Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead in planning, monitoring, and advancing the organization’s online presence as it relates to patient experiences. This role must display creative and analytical skills to build upon our online audience. We are looking for someone with a visual eye to review infographics and other visual content.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategic plans for leveraging social media to encourage content consumption, build brand awareness, drive traffic to web sites, and foster successful online communities with clients and their families.
- Works closely with web content, marketing, development, and media relations to ensure synergy of online and traditional communication channels
- Responds to incoming messages and online reviews in real-time.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly on messages, reviews and comments received. Work to resolve complaints and trend spot based on customer feedback
- Monitors and manages online communities as they evolve through detailed analysis
- Monitors and moderates all online interactions and conversations and responds when necessary. Develops and cultivates loyalty among community members by engaging in dialogue and monitoring customer issues
- Working with clinical staff in Multiple states to coordinate content
- Managing Content Facebook Alumni groups
- Manage Google My Business
- Responding to Google Reviews
Qualifications
- Relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or other business fields of study
- Experience building online brand awareness on Twitter and Facebook.
- Experience using software to create visual content
- 2 years of social media marketing experience required
- 2 years of writing and editing experience preferred
- 2 years of online community development preferred
